Global Marketing Partners II is an Ohio based Limited Liability Company (LLC) founded by James R. Betschel. We are committed to the development and execution of strategic marketing solutions that are focused on meeting our clients needs. Global Marketing Partners can provide your company with a turn key marketing program.

We offer full service printing capabilities, fulfillment, marketing creative & development, and marketing research. Global Marketing has a full service staff with over 35 years of combined experience in Sales & Direct Marketing. We pride ourselves on being able to help our clients with sales & acquisition strategies, new product launches, retention strategies, activation strategies, and programs that will help increase overall brand loyalty.

Global Marketing Partners has worked with some of the largest financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies in the country, Citibank, American Electric Power, Bank One, MBNA, Capital One, Bank of America, and Household, just to name a few.

Mr. Betschel has over 28 years experience in sales, marketing, and banking. Prior to co-founding Global Marketing Partners in 2001, Mr. Betschel spent 3 years with BrandDirect Marketing (BDM), a private direct marketing company. He directed a staff of national account representatives and was instrumental in growing the company from start-up to grossing over $125 million in 2000. He was responsible for selling and managing some of the largest banks in the USA, including Citibank, Bank of America, First USA, and MBNA. He also developed and managed the BrandDirect Insurance Agency, a wholly owned subsidiary of BDM.

Prior to joining BDM in May of 1998, Mr. Betschel held various marketing/sales positions of increasing responsibility with Bank One, First USA, and CC Promotions. During his 10 years at Bank One/First USA, Mr. Betschel held numerous positions within Operations and Marketing, the most recent as Senior Vice President of Fee-Based Enhancements within the Credit Card Division. He was responsible for managing Insurance Products, Club Products, Retention Programs and Insert programs that generated over $100 Million in profit for Bank One.

Mr. Betschel has received citizenship awards from Bank One for his humanitarian involvement in Operation Feed and United Way. He is currently on the advisor board of ComCan Medical Supplies and a school board member for Christian Life Academy, a private Christian school in Jackson, Ohio. He was instrumental in raising over $5 million for United Way and Operation Feed while at Bank One. Mr. Betschel received a BA in Business at Ohio State University, in 1988.
